Hey guys,

The 深圳 Super人(Shenzhen Superren) Ultimate Frisbee Team meets every Tuesday, from 8:30-10:30PM @ Shao Nian Gong nearby the 7 11 at Book City.

We will maybe return to the Civic Center after February 18th.

What to Bring:

Water

Good running shoes(No Cleats as the surface is stone)

Disc(optional since we will bring many as well as have some for sale)

Players of all levels are welcome to take part. Guys and girls are equally welcome. It's a great relaxing way to stay fit and meet some new ppl.

We don't care about your skill level, whether you've never picked up a disc in your life to the disc tossing expert, we would love to have you and would enjoy teaching you.

The Free Throw includes:

- Throwing and Catching with a partner

- Instruction from experienced Ultimate Frisbee players on how to throw and catch

- Drills and Games that will improve your fitness level and ability and teach you how to Throw and Catch.

Directions:

Walk out of Shao Nian Gong Metro Exit D. Cross the street to the Croissant de France. Turn Right. Walk until you see 7 11 on ur left. Try to be at 7 11 by 8:15:)
