Healthy Movement Retreat II
Join us for a weekend all-inclusive movement retreat! Christine from Bitch, Please Yoga and Ira from OM Facing Dog Yoga will lead two yoga workshops, two yoga classes, and a motivations talk. Acro yogi Jana will lead an acro yoga class. Panini Station will cater the event, providing four western-style healthy meals. Plenty of beach time and an optional hike await you!
Christine is a certified 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher from the USA. She teaches Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow.
Iryna is a certified 200 hour Registered Yoga teacher from Ukraine. She teaches Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.
Jana is a certified Acro Yoga Teacher from Slovakia.
The workshops will focus on arm balancing and back and hip mobility. The two classes will be Hatha and Yin. Elements of several types of yoga, myofascial release, and circus stretching techniques will be incorporated into the workshops.
Accommodation will be provided by ID Town Hostel in Dapeng, a tucked away seaside hostel close to an art gallery and local cafes.
Lunch: bruschetta with mango salsa, mushroom quinoa burger with truffle tartar sauce and seasonal salad, vegan banana cake
Dinner: veggies with feta yogurt dip, organic turmeric coconut veggies curry with brown rice, seasonal fruit salad with mint dressing
Breakfast: rye bread toast with guacamole and mixed berries muesli
Lunch: sun dried tomato pesto with tortilla chips, falafel patties on pita bread with hummus and Greek salad, and pear crumble with chocolate chips
*Mixed fruit and nuts snacks will be available for purchase for an additional fee.
All-inclusive Price: 1000RMB
Price includes a shared room at ID Town, four meals, workshops, classes, transportation and access to all planned activities.
