Ultimate Frisbee! Practice and Training

Hi everyone,

The Ultimate Frisbee group does a free training every Saturday from 3:00PM-6:00PM at Lian Hua Shan Park.

This is a great way to lose some weight, learn about an interesting sport, make some new friends, and have some fun at the same time. Then use the skills you learn from the training at our Sunday Pickup Games at Da Sha He park in Nanshan near IKEA.

The cost is free to join. You need only contact me by SMS with your name, e-mail, phone number, and reason for your SMS. 13751100329 - Jeff

Location: Exit B2 Lian Hua Shan Park, the area beside Guan Shan Yue Art Gallery.

Directions: Once you walk out of the exit, continue in the same direction along the road. At the light turn left to cross the road. Then tun right and walk till you come to an entrance into the park. The Guan Shan Yue Art Gallery will be on your right. Walk along the path until you come to an open field area. Keep the art gallery to your right and walk around it. You can't miss us.
