Pursuing a MBA degree?
I know that many of you are managers in multi-national companies or running your own business. Do you think taking a MBA program can enhance your leadership and business networking in China? How many of you would like to take a MBA program if there is a English-teaching partime one? i'm curious how people value MBA program.

Totally agree. I think the most valuable thing from a good MBA program is that it changes your mindset. I think it's worthy too.
Now, more and more quality MBA programs by well-known unversities are available in China. So managers and entrepreneurs can get professional leadership and management training without going abroad.

Can we call this ability personality charm? Yes, some people are born to be a leader, but some less talented people can learn to be a leader. So i think leaders are born and made.

The value of an MBA is dependent on a number of factors. For certain professions, having an MBA serves no purpose other than to satisfy the person's need to have an MBA. I personally feel there are way too many "washed out" MBA programs out there and the respect associated with an MBA is not what it used to be. However, for those striving to move into leadership positions and do not posess leaderships qualities innately, a good MBA program will provide a strong foundation set of skills for this person to grow on. And let's not forget the good connections associated with a reputable MBA school.
