I also love RC airplanes right now I only have a 450 size Helicopter

but I have lots of parts I brought from Canada ready to go int osome new planes.

I live in Futain now but have see people flying in Nanshan technology park (Ke Yuan road)  and Shekou sometimes at near the Shenzhen Wan bridge and at Peninsula Garden on WangHai lu South

Hello Jeff,

I live in near Bao an Airport, but I cannot fly here  ): ,RC hobby is very new to China , we dont have special flying field like in USA or your country! So sad, a big land country  but no place for  flying!

Oh, Have you ever try to fly some airplanes ?

btw, Can you send the parts' pics to me ?

Thanks

Jacques

RC hobby is very new to China

Odd, When I was recently in Thailand, a friend of mine in the USA wanted me to buy and ship him an R/C Helicopter and of all the 100's of R/C's I saw, every single one of them was Made In China.

Hmmm, I think it's a little odd too, considering there are so many RC cars, and planes and the like, perhaps, there aren't many designated areas ,where  these guys can get together and use them.

Hi There,

you said the point. are you also in RC hobby field?

Thanks

Not at all, but my younger cousins in NZ enjoy them, and alas it's a cool hobby!

Enjoy! :-)

Yes,It is litter odd of manufacturing  R/C airplanes, we are in this field of manufacturing beginner airplanes for 3 years , but for professional playing  R/C hobby compares to USA is very different.....like clubs, magazine, training center and so on.

Isn't this a hobby more appropriate for 12 year olds?

Hi Filthy,

I am Sorry, The  kids  under 14 years old are not allowed! a litter dangerous for them!

MY Helicopters in Canada are worth more then my new BYD F0 Hahah,  and they will take your head off like a flying lawn mower.

There is a large community of RC nerds here in China but they are hidden, last summer there was a big show in Nanshan at the new football stadium and there were for micro turbine jets there (about 10-20 pounds of thrust, running on jet fule) that cost about $15 000 US each.

I do have a local Chinese magazine for RC airplanes ad nI know that in other parts of China there are good flying clubs with runways and lots of flying space but from the quality of the airplanes that are flying I can tell there hobby is very new to these guys. It looks like America did 20 years ago when i started. Ill post some photos of the Magazine so you guys can search for it.

Great,Jeff, you are half Chinese now, Can you show your helicopters to us?

Anybody know a good RC place to race 1/10th scale cars?

i heard there is a place in Gouming farms near Bao'an Shenzhen.

Any idea of the address  or how to get there?
