I can not recommend any restaurant in Shenzhen for a steak. If you are an American and a beef lover, you will need to go to Ruth Chris in Hong Kong or Kowloon (two of them there) to be pleased.
Do not listen to Kam..ila, she eats horse meat! ;-)

I ate there not too long ago. I do not remember the amount of the bill, but I do not think it is that high, but not far from it.

Well no ...I'm not American, but Irish... and my family own a butchers at home!.... and we raise horses :p but not for eating

If you have never eaten at Ruth Chris, and you love beef, I would suggest you try it. It is expensive, but it is excellent beef.
There is also a Morton's in Kowloon, at the Sheraton I think, it is very good, but not as good as Ruth Chris.
