Hindsight is always 20/20 right? Well if you had a chance to go back to sometime in your life or heck any time at all and had a 5 min time freeze to send a message, leave an impression, a live wire to someone's inner voice - what would you tell them to put them straight?

Would have saved me three years of depression and made my overall approach to life more naturally positive, and given my father a great measure of peace he still hasn't found in himself.
