If you could go back in time, freeze it and tell someone something who would it be and what would you tell them?

Hindsight is always 20/20 right? Well if you had a chance to go back to sometime in your life or heck any time at all and had a 5 min time freeze to send a message, leave an impression, a live wire to someone's inner voice - what would you tell them to put them straight?

Back in the late 20's,
meet M.Adolf Hitler and congratulate him for his paintings.
Encourage him to continue in this way and to ignore the critics...

I'd tell my dad that i loved him and i appreciated all his efforts to send us to good schools and sacrificing his own happiness so that his four children could have happy and successful lives...and tell him he is the most selfless and loving man i have ever known before he died.
