iPhone 5? Sooooo disappointed, but to each their own. here's a great chart to choose the phone you need or want, there's a big difference between need and want.
I must say I have lost hope and faith in Nokia, but The new lumia 920 isn't that bad. its a turn in the right direction for Nokia, I wish them luck with windows 8 OS. I smell Sony coming up with something too.

Permalink Reply by Pool Junkie on September 13, 2012 at 3:06pm Specs never tell the whole story. I have an Iphone4 and have always thought it was great, It was my first smartphone and has always been really easy to use, and the media on it has always been awesome- especially the music player. I have never been bothered about the camera on the phone, I have a DSLR for photography. One of the problems with Iphone is the call quality.
I am thinking of what to buy next, I think it will be the S3.I think I will switch to Android. It won't be easy leaving the Iphone though as I am used to using it and have a ton of apps for it.

Permalink Reply by Alex Marten on September 13, 2012 at 3:58pm I also will try the Galaxy S III, I love android because I can turn it into my own world and install apps for my exact needs..
Apple just hasn't allowed us to have these features, I don't why they are holding back on desktop custom design and other features. but this is a clear sign Apple is heading back to where they were 6 years ago before Steve Jobs came back.

It's the only way to make it simple. You give too much options and we all know it goes haywire. Yes, you'll be fine and you'll like it but it will not be fun for people that are not techie.
If they do that, then what will be Apple OS differentiation from Windows?
Permalink Reply by Robert on September 13, 2012 at 4:44pm They are the undisputed masters of marketing and can convince people to pay a premium for a pretty box which contains the same if not inferior components i.e. hundreds if not thousands more for additional memory when other products can be upgraded at minimal cost by adding an SD card.

Mmmmm... Wait, are you not thinking of buying an S3? I'm confused but that's the same price as the iPhone 5. ;)

When the first iPhone was released. It was a technological let down... It was a hit!
Then iPhone 3G was released. It was expensive and slow as compared with the competitor... It was a hit!
iPhone 3Gs was released. People say "what a puny 2meg camera..." It was a hit
And Steve said "now I give you a ridiculously bigger iTouch and I'm going to call it iPad..." People smirk but thanks to the YCG it was a hit!
Then iPhone 4 was introduced with blazing speed proprietary A4 processor and a Retina display, but there was the Antenagate issue. It was a disaster... It was a hit!
Then there was iPhone 4s. Siri was a joke and what happened to the rumored iPhone 5? It was still a hit!
Now, here comes iPhone 5. People say "what a let down!" And the barrage continues "what no NFC, god please kill me now new revamped freaking iTunes!"
I really do hope sales go down so I can buy one immediately and not wait for six months. And no, I'm not going to line-up or buy it higher than the retail price.
