No taxi in SZ airport when it is raining?

Ok, so I don't mind to take metro and walk in the rain, but I just like to ask the travelers here:
Is this the unique thing for SZ out of all the big morden cities in China or even in the world?
If no, where else? And what do you think the reason is?

Ye....Chinese can only make fast bucks in China, not like British, they go everywhere and make fast bucks everywhere.
