Your Boss as in the GM of the plant or your head of department? and how many years of exp. does he has?

As a matter of fact , every employee thinks that he is better in every aspect of work and general relations than his boss .
No exceptions there .

My boss is a part of board of directors of my company .
He has been in the company for over 15 years now .
How about you ?
What kind of work are you involved in ?

I see, if he is from the Board, then his total remuneration should include fees, bonuses and pay...
Now, I have 6 yrs of work exp.
My current work is heading a business department.

Local wages: people with masters degrees making 3-5k a month working 12hrs a day, engineers with 10-20 yrs experience upto 20k. depending on discipline and company. Only high end expat mgrs get big pay packages with extra goodies (housing,car,schooling for kids etc) but these are being cut back very fast in this economic climate. You'll see other mgt payments such as incentives & bonuses for building up an org very fast. 20k / sq m is top of the line appt price btw, with unobstructed water & mountain view. Move out of the SZ core abit and you get the same for half the price. Renting a nice appt in SZ maybe 5k/mo.
