RIP Adam Yauch AKA MCA
The Beastie Boys legend died today aged 47 of cancer. One of the first bands to successfully mix rap & rock, The Beasties were true pioneers during Hiphop's "golden age"

I was actually listening to the Beastie Boys when I saw this post. 'Intergalactic' is currently blasting through my speakers. By far one of my favorite music groups of all-time. I never heard a song of theirs that I didn't like. I'm grateful that MCA was able to hang on and see them inducted into the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame.

Yeah I liked them, great group, almost all of the music they produced, had a good vibe, and was great to listen to.
Pretty much were pioneers for the style of sound they had, not a huge fan, but nevertheless, they were/are talented!
