Shenzhen Stuff

Almost everybody knows me said the same" i have gained weight and looking rounder".I know I pro bally have,cos I feel the Love Handle is back,I know I seem to be be eating a lot in the recent months.it may as well be,one of those day,I will be really fat which i never thought would happen to me .

Here is the thing,I store food 粮,like a Crazy hamster,like there is no tom morrow again.I go to supermarket ,come back with bags.and there is already enough to survive a famine at my place,and in the office.( Food,Drinks and more fruits)I can imagine, this must be funny sight for my friends,Well there is no suprise..I am always cooking .I always buy more than i need for the preparation of the next day like there is gonna be shortage of everything and I wont be able to buy stuff anymore .I suppose this has been going on for a very long time,and i have not been able stop it and it has worsened.but it cutting down to my savings. 

So,what are yours?  Do you do anything about it?

Mine is,Get home late,and late dinner.
I thought you said it's eating too much?

the same bad habit we have ,and all the time because i cant get up in time my breakfast always missing . 

Bad Habits you name it if it is not a bad habit now the n it was a broken habit years ago. The thing we do to our bodys when we are young all catch up to us when we get older.
yeah ,that is right ,when we are young we risk our health for work and others ,thinking that health will always be with us ,but what can you imagine some years later and when we are old .we cant do anything for that lossing we take the risk when you are young.

That is why we HAVE to do it when it is still can!

But then later things like getting out of bad and walking up the stairs become harder and harder because when we were younger we ate, drank, smoked too much.

Yes... ate, drannk, smoked too much and we not even care about it even parents and friends told not to...probably some lession have to learn through life...

aghh... I have many many bad habits:

 

1. Shower 2 times (sometimes 3)  a day - Don't ask me why, doctors suggest people shouldn't shower too much within a day, especially washing hair

 

2. I'm very very picky on food:

I Don't and Hate eating: Soya sauce, Chocolates, Apples, Pork, white part of eggs, Raw meats, Raw fish, Tuber onion, Pineapples, Sweet sauce, etc.

 

3. Sleep 12- 14 hours a day

 

4. Spend too much money on useless products

 

5. Hardly go out, most of time staying at home in my room

 

etc.

 

That is not just bad habits that is border line crazy.

You don't eat chocolate? You are not right in the head girl, chocolate is as good as sex some times.

lol i never get that kind of pleasure from eating chocolate..
You could try exercising to lose the excess weight.. Really, if you exercise enough, you could eat as much as you want and never gain any weight. I guess it just a question of will power. Good luck!
