Hey Mate I'm living in Longgang. There isn't much to do on a night. If you have time during the day or weekend head to Yuanshan park at Hengang. You can rent a bike there and ride up the mountain or go swimming in the huge outdoor pool.

You can take buses out to Xichong and Dongchong easy enough as well. Going back to Futian take the E6 or E5, much faster and more comfortable than the mtr.
