Where to Get Medical Check Before Applying for New Z-Visa?

Dear SZ Laowai Community & Frenz of SZ Laowai Community,

My current employer here in SZ doesn't know, uh, much about how to provide its foreign employees with proper work visas, etc.  Thus, I am having to teach the company what it should have done for me months ago.

Q:  Where does one go to get the required medical check-up before applying for a new Z-visa?  It has been several years since I last jumped through this hoop -- as it were -- here in SZ, & I can't remember the place I had to go to get the tests done in order to complete the medical check form (of which I have a copy).  My company at that time had the routine down, so I just did as I was told & didn't take notes, which, in retrospect, I should have.

Your up-to-date input would be much appreciated by myself & other laowais whom the company has been neglecting & endangering.
