marhaban can work as welcome, but its more Hello than welcome. better use Ahlan, more understandable for people with different accent.
ilan is not a word, i believe u mean to say Ela, or ila. which point to = TO. Mahanli is wrong also, it suppose to be Mahali = my shop.
for better understanding of ur sentence make it as below :
Ahlan Ela Mahali = welcome to my Shop.
