When the Fit Camp starts, the fun starts!
You’ll be introduced to pushups, squats, lunges, skater plyos, jumping jacks (remember those), front jacks, jump rope and BOXING!!!

Arriving early for a general warm up, free your mind and loosen up,
because when the Fit Camp starts, the fun starts! We take a light warm up lap around the park, and we are ready for Dynamic Warming up and Specific Warming Up to slowly elevate your heart rate and and to prepare your muscles, tendons and joints. You will be ready for battle..um, I mean for the workout!
Using resistance bands, body weight, and dumbbells, we will go through exercises, that target different muscle groups. A sample set could be 20 squats, 15 bicep curls and 20 crunches. We repeat each set 3 times and follow with a lap. Another set could include walking exercises, like lunges, followed by an obstacle course or a sports specific drill. On some days, we might jog a bit further then the other day. Or, we might perform intervals where we walk very fast and jog light, or jog and then sprint. It all depends on your goals and fitness level.
