Hey everyone! Do you, guys, know if there's any Mei Hua Zhuan training in Shenzhen?

Hello. I was just wondering if someone could give me some advice. I live in Gangxia and I would like to study some of the Tai Chi forms. Unfortunately, I'm a little strapped for cash. Anyone know of a relatively cheap but effective way to learn the Tai Chi basics?

Hi Kari, I'm the moderator. There are many great Tai Chi schools here in Shenzhen. As to kundalini Yoga, i'm a practitoner too. I haven't found any as the yoga here is quite commercial and hatha variety rather than tantric.

Hello, I am new to Shenzhen and I am wondering where I can take a good chi gong class, tai chi, or kundalini yoga. Any suggestions? :)  Thank You

Hello Marco,

do you have the contact of the guy you train taiji, xingyi in the small garden in Luohu. i went with you.

I have no contact info of him directly, I just see him sometimes in Donghu park. You can go there and it should be easy to find. The price includes stuying the forms till the end.

Thanks! Do you have his contact info? And 6000 for how many lessons?

There is a guy from HK, who trains at Dong hu park in Luohu. His classes are, I think twice a week in the evening and on some weekend mornings. He charges 6000 for the three forms and 3000 each for the long pole and the butterfly knives.

He has a very small training area just on the right of the North Entrance (I think).
