well, I am of a self learning type. as long as one has common sense about how to prepare the foods (such as what goes well with what kind of meats, and different boiling time of different foods), it is not difficult to archieve a good result.
the only obstacle is "finding time" to do it.

you guys heard of martin yang? back in LA... he had a pretty funny cooking show called, "yang can cook!" and whats so cool is that... i accidentally met him in person at the huang gang borders several month ago. and of course i got his business card where he has a cooking school in futian

so there are several ideas... where we can learn and have fun together
