Hey Aaron, do you know what messages appeared when the documents failed to open? - I think the easiest way is to reinstall your Microsoft Office and see if that solves the problem (it usually does).

   Hello my name is Aaron.  I do not have any major problems with my pc, just a minor one.   My problem is that when I send documents to other people like CV, or Microsoft Works documents, sometimes the people can not open my files.  I think is something with my format.   I also have an Acer notebook.  I bougth the computer in the USA.  Does anybody have any ideas what software or drivers I might need to install to solve this problem?

Hi Pollyanna, for your case I suggest instead of repairing your screen and motherboard of your laptop,its better to buy a new one because the price is not a big difference. I have one friend who has a computer shop, if you want his contact # I can give it to you. Please let me know. Thanks,

Hi, I would like to know if anybody can help me! I have an Acer Netbook 10'. I took it to Acer and they said the screen and the motherboard is damaged. Is there any place where they can fix it for a non expensive price such at Acer? Thank you very much for any help!

hi ... thanks for ur reponse.. doesnt have this problem now ..but the thingy is i have to press the on switch and turn on the main switch from the back of the computer to turn on.. luckily.. i dont use that desktop often....hahha. i got a note book now..

hi there, just a couple of days ago, for no reason my desktop pc needs about 2 hours to start up. I press the on button, no response and 2 hours later it started to power up. any solution to that or reason? Thanks
