i am going to xiang mei hu track tonight, i will be there at about 7pm, i will more than likely rent the fastest carts for 30mins or 1hour, it's 150 per ten minutes or 390 for 30mins (save 60rmb) anyone is welcome to come if you like, mobile 13926538474.
