We do not need a cool display picture like the Blockers' group, because to be a Helper is so glamorous in itself. It is so ///forbidden/// to actually want to pull people up instead of tearing them down, so controversial to actually be happy to hear success stories instead of stories about someone taking a fall. It is so politically incorrect to actually be happy for winners! But here we are, the wild bunch of 3% or 10% or 20% (according to Pareto's law), whatever our percentage, be it 0.00001% or 20%, we are the elite! And we want everyone to SUCCEED. We are not into jealousy and envy: how unfashionable. We take our people to the top with us and respect those who made it to the top before us. As Blockers are common these days, we get all the glamour of people who were discouraging, blocking, naysaying in yesteryear, when honor and chivalry were common. We have the god's blessing and the devil's glamour. What we do: we ENCOURAGE, we HELP, we LOVE SUCCESS STORIES, we GIVE COMPLIMENTS, we PULL UP THOSE WHO ARE BELOW US IF THEY CAN SET ASIDE THEIR EGO AND ALLOW THEMSEELVES TO BE COACHED FOR SUCCESS.

unfortunately many of my so called friends were blockers not helpers, fewer were helpers, but i managed to derive help even from the blockers just as you learn to take a sword by the handle instead…Continue
