I understand that. I still go to La Casa, it is only the better place to sit and have a good conversation or Raps. Viva is just too noisy understood plus crowded and I don't know y people like to go there.

Foods and everything around futian are very expensive anyway so it is ok living around coco, far from people at work, no gossips plus I can go home easily whenever I feel sick after partying whole night LOL! Also, I can get my foods, cheese and wines easily.

I like places to talk, and Coco offers few such.  I used to like being at La Casa in the evenings, but after Viva and the other place opened it's too noisy to talk there - still OK on Sunday afternoons though.  If I go to McCawleys I tend to meet mostly OFGs who can't tell me anything I don't know already.  If I was interested in talking about sports I would stay in England.  The restaurants are either over-priced or are places where they serve the food quickly and then rush you out the door.  I just can't think of anywhere in Coco that I can do the things I like to do.

So at least the newcomers will contact u if ever they choose to live near ur place. I would be willing to help them if they prefer to live around my area. And why will u be bored living around coco?

Hi Helen,

My help and advise is really only useful with about 1km of the intersection of Shangbu Lu and Shennan Lu - I've walked all those streets many times.  Drop me down in Gangxia and I'm lost - drop me down in Coco Park and I'm bored.

Hi Guys,

I live in the part of Futian which most people think is Luohu - near Ke Xue Guan [Science Museum] Station.  Having lived there for over eight years, I don't drink, eat or shop alone unless I want to.  I also don't watch movies alone, or in company for that matter.  I wouldn't want to live in Coco Park area - I'd rather live in something closer to China.
