URGENT ADVICE NEEDED.
A friend of mine has Sz working / resident visa. Has gone on holiday (outside of China), had passport stolen, getting an emergency passport now (EU country), before returning to Sz on Saturday via HK.
Will HK and China allow him in on an Emergency passport? I assume he will need a tourist visa issued in HK on his new temp passport to get into China, then he can get a new full passport issued in China and a a new/replacement working resident /visa.
Any help / advice appreciated.
