Hi, a friend and I are doing a 10K run from the park behind Ikea (Dashahe Park, Nanshan)  to SZ Bay and back on Thursday, 9 AM. Rain or shine. Meet up at 8:45 at KFC in Ou Zhou Cheng (European City,same complex where Ikea's at). You're welcome to join us. Then we can treat ourselves to Ikea's 1 RMB ice cream :) My number is 137 5119 2494.

The Vertical climb is in support of Captivating International Charity (Seng Girls Home) It is Dec 2nd 9-11. 80 rmb donation, free brunch buffet at the top. 400 steps. Great cause!

@ivan i actually run in that area! but running on the other side of the liuxian street so didn't notice that hill. love to explore it. let me know next time you go for a run there :)

I also live in XiLi. Running is not often - 2-3 times a month, but the heavy route - up the hill Tianglangshan (from LongZhu Dadao).

Hi MacGyver! Cool. Have you registered yet? They have the forms available online. Are there any good running areas in Luohu? Was thinking if a run in Mt. Wutong is possible. I have really good running routes in my area in Nanshan (Xili). Also live in the school so I got access to a track which is awesome.  Doing a 9k run on Saturday probably along the Shahe River and then bit of SZ Bay, if you or anyone else in this group would be interested :)
