Hey guys, with the field situation as it is, if you're looking for getting some fitness training in, we have our Ultimate frisbee training on Tuesday nights at the Gang Xia Middle School field that you went to a couple of weeks ago. There's about an hour of training and another hour or so of playing the game. Lots of running to help stay in shape
