First ski trip!

Life is so good! First day the Snowboarders Group was established we got one member. The very same day we went for a ski trip! It was such a blaaaaaaaaast for this hot steamy summer! The ski field is located inside the Windows of the World. The last stop of Metro. They provide all ski and snowboard equipments. It's pretty crowded on weekends. Personally I prefer to go there on weekdays. They have a little park with boxes, bars and etc. It's small but good enough to practice with before hitting the real snow this winter!

They say kingfisher is not bad, in comparison with...
2 people from Russia will join - for sure. They will bring my Nordica and super cool Atomic boots. :) those'r missed. For accomodation - we're trying to find more people to join - then we would share 1 big ondol room with bunk beds. that's very affordable and comfy option.- http://www.yongpyong.co.kr/eng/accom/room_yphos.asp

Wise choice. I have been looking at flying back from the UK with Kingfisher Airlines ?!!? Not something you want to mess with is it? So you haven't organised, accommodation, ski pass, equipment, etc? Would love to join you.. but doubt it will happen this feb for me. Craving to be on the snow again though - fancy trying the slope at Window of the World one of these days?

about 360 USD with ASIANA via elong.com direct flight from HK. AirIndia had better deal - for the moment I was checking, but after a lot of not positive feedback from pilots - decided not to go for it.
