##### WHERE TO SWIM

the indoor swiming pool at Wu Zhou Gest House is our first choice so far.
but we are still seeing other venues with good facility,clear water , reasonable price and good service.if you know any swimming pool meeting the requirement ,please tell us.we'll decide the most suitable place together.

price and facilities:
RMB68/per person
there is no limit of time and the pool is opened all day long
the fee includes the swmming pool at the temperature of 28 degree ,a hot spring above 30 degree(see the round pool in the first pic. below),gym facilities in the second floor

Saturdies or Sundies afternoon

##### FOR THE BEGIINNER
Nothing to worry about, we'll arrange volunteers from our members to take some time to help beginners

There's an Aquathlon race event to be held at Repulse Bay Beach, Hong Kong, on 12 May 2013. For Men and Women, there are two categories.

Challenge - 500m swim + 5Km run + 500m swim

Sprint - 375m swim + 2.5Km run

I'll be joining this event. If there are interested parties, perhaps we could form a team and practise together in both swimming and running. I am located in Luo Hu district. Follow this link for more info about the race:
