Announcement (4/28/10)
Good News! The Tank Head Gym will be remaining open to serve our community of Muay Thai trainees! Chris will be joining us as our new head trainer and I for one am thankful to have such an experienced hand help us continue our journey towards our individual fitness/combat goals. Regular training times are still in effect!
MMA/MT Training in Dongmen - Details
- Who: Tankhead - Head Trainer = Chris - feel free to contact him with quesions
- Where: Dongmen - Meet @ LaoJie Metro Stop (Exit C)
- When: Every M/W/F @ 7:30pm - 9:30
- Facility: Fully padded and equipped gymnasium
- Class Plan: Consists of about 80% strikes and 20% on the ground. Typically begins with MT and ends up on the floor. Designed to accomodate beginners as well as regular/advanced trainers
- What: Bring shorts and water
- No Pain No Gain - come to train hard :)

We have a class by our coach, Mate, on Thursday at 6:30-8:00, at Fusion in Shekou if it's not too far to travel. We go through Mauy Thai and KickBoxing training, including fitness, technique and pad work and then some sparring for those who like to... you can send me a message on +86 180 3807 2266 if you are interested and I can let you know more...
