What's your favourite move in parkour or your favourite flip to do?

Started by Josh Farnsworth Feb 2. 0 Replies

I love the front flip, it's the flip I do the most. Basic and easy, when you land a good jump and then you can front flip out of it, it just feels so fluid. Also the side-flip, an easy one you can…Continue

I will be back in Shenzhen after Spring Festival and I will be organizing meet-ups and sessions all over SZ, in areas such as Childrens Palace station, HuanQiangBei, TianBei, Bao'An, CocoPark.

Lets have fun and move!

Yea, a gymnastics gymnasium with trampolines and tumbling tracks would be really nice to have some sessions at, I should start asking around with some chinese SZ locals if they can find a place. Still, we should have some outdoor sessions for the real parkour experience. Hey man, you're in shape, I doubt you "suck", we all start somewhere, as long as you're moving efficiently then you're doing parkour well!

Thanks, Josh. Yes, that WS MMA club. My parkour sucks. I pray for pads and coach.

Youli you're a master with the weapons. Is that WS mma club that you're at? Good video, nice to see you training. How's your parkour?

You mean pads for flips? I do flips too but it's not part of parkour. Free-running, sure. I agree... but only If there was more interest then someone could suggest a place with pads, I don't know where I'd find that. Personally I prefer instructing and training in an outdoor environment with the concrete, the street, the dirt, like a real man. I have some areas in Bao'An good for beginner - intermediate as well as at Childrens Palace metro and TianBei station too.

See, that's the problem. What about a place with pads and an instructor? Or at least pads.

^^ Daniel Arroyo 2012 highlights, huge long jumps and precision drops. One of the most improved traceurs over the years, constantly improving and reaching new levels. This is one to admire.

For certain, this is not my thing, but, I'd love to spectate (is that a word?).
