1. Download the app to your phone(supports iPhone, Android, Windows phone, symbian).
2. Follow the steps to register account(it's really fast).
3. Allow the app to push messages and use your phonebook to check who is already using it.
To Add Friends/Public Accounts:
1. Click "Social" at the bottom of the screen and then click "Add Contacts".
2. Click "Add by ID". Type your friend's ID.
or
Click "QR Code". Aim your phone over a code to connect to a member. Works to show you members of weixin as well as QR codes linking to websites or product info.
