Well, that's exactly what I said: pointing out their wrong tactics to them isn't going to help.

Perhaps it's that sort of twisted pleasure they are getting from it? You know sometimes people walk into the same shit over and over again almost deliberately, because what they truly enjoy is the 'pain' and the 'suffering' that follows! :-P Although on the surface they may be telling you how they 'hate' the whole thing and how 'unlucky' they are!

so true - but - try telling them that their photos are not appropiate... they will flip out - and loose the plot completely... as if you are not trying to help them find the right guy....
its like they are pre programmed to repeatedly commit the same mistake over and over... as if deep down in side they want to be dumped buy slutty men - so they can continue to blame "them" instead of risk a real relationship (and the risk of REALLY getting hurt again)

I saw this exact same behaviour from drug and alcohol addicts when i was a counselor. So whats the guts, i wonder???

@Jared: I was just taking the pisss, mate! I know very well what you are referring to.

To be honest, it beats me too. Perhaps I've got a bit too much of masculine nature but I can never understand this 'back to front' behaviour (including saying "No", when meaning "Yes" and vice versa).

I can only surmise that such girls are so irrevocably naive, that whatever we do or say to them is not going to help them. What made them this way? Their upbringing and cultural environment, I think.

@Border Hopper - i made no reference to you at all.

i was merely making reference to the common occurance of women getting things back to front.

For example... my (not slutty) friend mischelle likes to meet men on-line..... she is a nice girl looking for a nice guy. (yeah i know i know, no need to tell me!)

However - her photos are of a very sexual and provocative nature.... as are many other of the ladies profiles on this particular site.

For SOME STRANGE reason... unknown to half the female population on eatth... her photos keep attracting guys who just want a easy screw, with no relationship strings. And she is yet to meet a NICE GUY.

Common - i see this every week, and hear about all the time from comlpaining women. Why do some women not get this??? men do not read the nice words in your profile... they just look at the pictures. duh!

Any ideas ladies here?? (who are obviously NOT slutty either).. do you not agree this is happening?
