I'm just organizing a guest list now as well. I'm hoping to do one at the end of July...then one each month after.

who's interested in attending a wine tasting dinner in SZ?

I'd like to propose a once a month, formal wine dinner.

Full table service, not standing or snatch & grab before its gone deals,  5-10 course meal, several selections of "GOOD" wine.

Yeah! I love wine! Especially those from Pauillac, St-Julien and Pomerol. Ch Clerc Milon, Ch Branaire Ducru, Ch Pibran, Ch de Sales are my favourite ones. For daily drinking I love Medoc, Haut Medoc and lalande de Pomerol etc.
