Hi Aaron, I went to Daya bay area, i think the dive site is called Da Shui Keng Wan. Went with Denis and Allen whom i met from Shenzhenstuff. But we wouldn't recommend this dive centre though because its too expensive and the guy a bit money minded. We're searching for some dive centres in HK. Hopefully we can dive together next time.. will keep you informed.
