Heller Yeeaah Braa . . . !!! Tibet is awesome on motorbikes. It will be summer, but there will be snow - we will reach a maximum altitude of 5780 metres above sea level, so some of us may need to take O2 with us. It is part of China, but none of the adults there can speak Chinese - only Tibetan - which means we can only communicate with the kids, and in Chinese. The geography is amazing, and the culture is interesting and diverse. Many of the roads we will be taking will be dirt or gravel or dust - so you will get dirty. I will post a photo of what we looked like after our run from Shanzhan, Sichuan to Zhongdian, Yunnan. The ride took 11.5 hours at almost top speed, over some of the worst roads on the planet - but the scenery and experience was awesome. We were totally exhausted after the ride, but it didn't stop Nick, Billy and I polishing off a box of Carlsberg and a bottle of Gordon's London Dry Gin . . . lolz. You are gonna have the time of your life on this run braa - somethin you will never forget !!!
