The employers here think that by making you feel useless you will try harder to be better the fact is by making you feel that way they are making you not want to work for them. Unhappy employees are bad employees. Happy employees are good employees.
Damn man that sucks, I am still working at this time. Although my employer refused to sign a one year contract with me stating downturn problems I do understand that it is the Chinese way to insult you before contract negotiations so you feel unworthy of negotiating. Oh well life goes on. Keep trying to get ahead it is all you can do.
