- The Four Seasons Oyster Bar is located in the heart of OCT Bay, the new entertainment area of Shenzhen.
How you can understand from the name, Four Season Oyster Bar is mainly specializes in world imported oysters (France, South Africa, USA, Scotland, Thailand, Australia, etc..). We have a chef that follow the "Japanese cuisine" and an Italian Chef that create every kind of seafood preparation, and a menu of Mediterranean European kitchen with prime quality imported products: Angus beef from USA, Lamb Rack from New Zealand, Kobe Steaks from Japan, a great selection of italian cold cuts and cheeses, Italian extra virgin olive oil, imported flour to prepare home made bread, noodles and desserts.
The most important rule of our kitchen is the quality and the safety of every single ingredient.
The restaurant dining area has about 30 seats, plus a VIP room with a big and comfortable table and sofas (10-12 seats).
Our restaurant manager take care of the service and wine list, that contains bottles from France, Italy, Chile, Australia and Spain.
Every day we serve some daily special dish out of the menù, and for reservations we have a bog choice of set menus with different prices and tastes.

From 5 to 6.30pm you can have:
- All the oysters with 25% discount
- 1 glass of prosecco "Scudo d'oro" 48RMB
- Finger food dishes at 28RMB each (for example: bruschetta bread with spicy italian sausage, shrimps cocktail, garlic baguette with beef carpaccio, smoked salmon stuffed with ricotta cheese....)
