im still here in my country...i'm having my extended vacation...hehe...be back in SZ this coming saturday...i have some cool photos from my vacation here to share...

digital darkroom skills means "photoshop skills"...many dont want to use this coz they say its not natural....i respect them..but that doesnt mean i wont use my skill in that software...hehe..for now i'm searching for my style in photography with the help of that software...as long as i'm having fun with my photos and people apreciate it , that's enough for me...

hehe....me, i just need to save for the body....i have my lenses already...but maybe in the future i'll buy the 18mm-200mm lense...its so hard to always change my lenses with just one body...i have to always change to zoom, then, standard, then wide...sometimes the moment is not there anymore when i set up my lense...hehe...so its really a must to have at least two cam bodies if you have more than one lense...but with a combined lense that im talking about,. i think its enough already....but of course you still need to have the wide lense(i only use wide converter lense...cheap but effective for me)...really cool to use......i like the distorted effect it gives to my photos....its more artistic and not common...anyway, just start with the 18-200 lense...i think thats enough for now...they say, invest in the lense...thats what's really important...that's true...but for me(a hobbyist), buy what you can afford and learn how to use it and take many photos as you can....and try to be good in the digital darkroom..hehe...my reason, i can be more creative there..but anyway, its up to you...you can either be a "purist", "modernist", or whatever photographer you wanna be..its your choice...just have fun doing photography...its supposed to be fun and not about the technicalities when doing it...(from a hobbyist point of view).....

sony is good also...but i prefer nikon or canon...anyway, its not really about the camera...its about the person who is using it...hehe...i can do a cool photo by just using my 3.2 mega pixel camera phone...of course with the help of digital darkroom skills...hehe...

just have fun taking photos...and of course share it to us here...hehe...so that we can see more cool photos in this website...

depends upon your budget...hehe. if you can afford to buy the really good ones why not? hehe...my advice is you can buy either nikon or canon...these are the top two brands for dslrs...you can buy canon's 50D or the 450D.....for nikon, you can buy the new d300 or the d90...i use the old nikond40x model...hehe. bought it last january...but im planning to add nikon d300 to my gear...but i need to save for that...hehe. quite expensive just for a hobby...just include a really good lense if you buy a dslr...say a 18mm-200mm lense...its a good combination of a standard and zoom lense in one...so no need to change lenses all the time...
