What does Lou Palacio stand for ?
As the Chef was born in the south of France in the region called Provence, since his chillhood he has been impregned of the mediterranean sun, the magical colors of the ochre rocks and the lavender fields. As you may know, the food is also colorful and tasteful : in Provence, you can find seafood, goat's cheeses, juicy vegetables, many varieties of delicious olives...
"Palacio" is a Spanish word and means "palace", this is simply his family name, his grand-parents came from Spain. And "Lou" is not a name, but in Provence language means "the", so we can translate by "the palace".
So we tried to bring this landscape in China, and making the delicious pizza we are making from generations to generations. Here is the simple, tasteful, Provence's style hand-made pizza.
Lou Palacio is the second restaurant opened in the family : in St Martin D'Ardeche, south of France, you can already go to Le Palacio, an open-air restaurant with a beautiful view on Aigueze, listed as one of the most beautiful villages of France.
Lou Palacio can be considered as a hi-quality fastfood, as our concept is similar to other fastfoods, but the quality of course is totally different. French emmental, olive oil, fresh and other imported products... You will taste quality.
Coming soon, we will also suggest a hamburger-fries menu (one chicken, one beef), and some occasional Provence-style dishes.
