2 hours cycling does me good!

Never had this problem since I started to travel 16 years ago. This time it is hitting me, having problem falling alseep, or sleep till 2am, then can not fall asleep again till 5am. It has been 6 days now, hope it will be done today or tomorrow, LOL.

After Australia's trip, back to crazy Shenzhen/Guangzhou life:-) Hating the rushing people with no manners everywhere, and the careless work attitude, these 2 things are the very bad points of Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
Going to Yiwu, Shanghai and Nanjing soon, for business and pleasure. Another world there, will tell more when I come back:-)
