The way it works is, you give me your Full name, e-mail address, and cell phone number and I send a message out either Sunday or Monday asking which day(s) you are available and if you will be bringing any friends. The first 15 to get back to me can play. Anyone who wants to come after 15 slots filled are added to my alternates list in case people need to cancel last minute.
The game itself is 5 a side, but I divide people the best I can into evenly skilled 3 teams. Games are first to 3 points or has the most points within 10 minutes stays on to play the waiting team. In case of a tie at the end of 10 minutes the game keeps going until one team scores the next goal.
I organize this as a way to earn a little extra cash and ask 50RMB per person which covers the field and my time and effort to organize this. If you say you can come but need to cancel, I ask you give me enough notice. At most by 6:30, otherwise I expect you to pay 50rmb next time if I can't find a replacement. Also, if you tell me a friend is coming, but they cancel the same rule applies, but since you recommended them, you would be responsible for the 50rmb. :)
