hi, nice to know that at least someone here cares about children's education! i think i know the reason, but to exaplin that it takes too much words.
the only thing we can do is to help them learn at home, sometimes even have to
encourage them to take leaves in oder to make time to practice what really need to be learnt/mastered ( at least in my case - my being parents case, hehe).
take maths as another example, I believe most top math students now learnt maths not at school but at home.
