as too the scuba,i was just researching that myself this morning,there a PADI outfit to the west of shenzhen.Scuba Diving (PADI).but i am still researching the area by maps.do you have your own gear? the bay im at now is no good for scuba, im waiting to get on the boat they have here and start exploring the little islands around that outside the bay.where abouts are you around Shenzhen?

I am not organizing that PhotoCompetition, but since i live and work in OCT-LOFT, i wanna share whats going on here on events, so the PhotoCompetition is just one thing i picked up. But my main goal is to help close the Gap between local chinese creative people and foreigns. Which might take some time :D
