best to find a group of Canadian friends and do a group dinner. I attended a Canadian Thanksgiving dinner, but they celebrated it maybe a week after the American one last year. Strange. Some restaurants offer catering, like The Kitchen, I'm sure if u told them ahead they would make what you need. I'm assuming some mince meat pies right?
