So it is finally time, the daydreaming about leaving Shenzhen is finally coming true.
Now I am just thinking about if there is anything special or unique I should bring with me from Shenzhen, but I can not come to think of anything. Anyone got any ideas?
I am also trying to figure out what I should see or do in Shenzhen before I leave, if I am not coming back for visit I want to be sure I did not miss anything I would like to see/do.
Maybe I will…

As China develops (using the term very loosely of course) it still seems to be learning very little from western cultural mistakes. Here are just a few. Lifestyle = condition. Depending on what kind of lifestyle you have your physical condition will mirror it perfectly. Attitude VS Ability. As usual most get this one wrong. Your physical ability is a…Continue

In Better Body Weight Training Part 1; I talked about the importance of including lower body exercises in your workout. In this article I’ll list some leg and lower back exercises. When you can do 20 reps in a set easily with any of these exercises it’s time to move onto a more difficult exercise or the one leg version of the exercise. To sufficiently exercise your legs and lower back u will only need to chose from 1 to 3 exercises and do one hard set of 10 to 20 reps per…Continue
From a strictly mathematical viewpoint it goes like this:
What makes 100%?
What does it mean to give MORE than 100%?
Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%?
We have all been to those meetings where someone wants you to give over
How about achieving 103%?
Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these

Why do you have to "put your two cents in"...but

You dont' trust other people and you are not smart enough to make the right decision yourself.
I told you you are over charging me base on the current market rate, you should charge me at least 1000 less but I would continue the contract as long as you only lower it for 500.
You wouldn't listen and insist the same rate. I like your apartment (for the sunlight only) and I can pay the extra money just because I like it but I can't tolerant myself being a fool.
So I decided…Continue
Dear Technical Support,
18 months ago, I upgraded to Girlfriend 1.0 from DrinkingFriends 4.2, which I had used for years without any trouble.
However, there are apparently conflicts between these two products and the only solution was to try and run
Girlfriend 1.0 with the sound turned off.
To make matters worse, Girlfriend 1.0 is incompatible with several other applications, such as BoysNightOut 3.1,
RugbyUnion 4.3, and Playboy 6.9. Successive versions of…
Thank you to all who shared their father stories in my discussion, http://www.shenzhenstuff.com/forum/topics/what-has-your-dad-taught-you.
As promised to K and Grandpa, I would like to share mine. Here's a note I have written on FaceBook on June 21, 2009 that pretty much sums up what I thought of my father.…

Being back to France means many changes in my life.
One of them is being back to working with my dad in his restaurant.
To be honest, it's a terrible situation. The job itself is not that bad. It's the environment that sucks. It's a very special world, I don't belong to it anymore. My colleagues are nice people but they know nothing else than this job, their whole life revolves around it. I feel like my talents are being unexploited. I refuse to work full-time in order to spend…Continue
I bought this book one week ago. I found it by chance lurking around the shelves at the Old Heaven book shop in OCT loft. It's my first comic book in more than two years, being the last one I bought in 2010 at the Forbidden Planet in London while I was living there (it was an issue of Alan Moore's League of…Continue
