Bad Air

What a disappointment to wake up today to filthy air.  I could smell it before I even saw it.  I haven't seen it this bad in a while, not since all the Universiade stuff was going full tilt.  Now that all those people are gone SZ must have given the green light to start churning out all the cheap plastic crap at the factories once again.  I remember thinking over the past two weeks that the skies were probably the bluest I'd ever seen them in my three years living here.  I probably won't see them that blue again. 

Makes me think of the article I read in the paper a few days ago about how SZ wants to be a world city like NY or London by 2050 and how they want to attract all of these world companies to have HQ's here.  I look out the window today and that just doesn't seem likely.
