Bad Bosses

Laught out loud when I watched the movie《bad bosses》, the bosses in movie might be exaggerated, but it does reminds me those bad bosses I've been through at work.

Type A, office police type.

What we called team -building , they called bullying. Wherever there's a fire in office they must be around . They think they're fireman, but no more than just being bossy around notice people he's the final say.

Type B, drama queen type.

I 'd say female bossed are really good at it. Nobody would get attention off her. Cause she would never stop keeping her nose under you business. Your little poor secrets dont need a poster stick to spread out before your innocent boss showed how she concerned and cared about you and wondered if you need a back pat talk.

Type C, Self-righteous and narcissist.

At first ,you think they're just over detailed, when they can always picked up wrong from everything you did.Then you noticed you've never been really trusted for a single assignment,  even he needed you and relyed on you.He can never admit it. Cause he stands for right and nobody else could achieve. And of course the world cant roll with him, let alone the office.

Type D,

It's much stressful for an employer doesnt have a clue about what their bosses really want. They constantly give you vague orders and assignment like everything is emergent and important. Then never satisfy what you hand in and cant explain well what they expect and what do they need  you to do this for. Sometimes they just transfer the assignments from their bosses to you, that's how they got the position.  It's a waste of human resource for a company geting such kind of middle managers and unfortunate when they became your boss.

Type E, Those with hiden gender discrimination and racist.
