On the 14th just bought some new earbuds from Amazon.com in US and had them sent to a friend that was going to LA for a few days and will bring back to China for me. Well, reading a review in CNET about how they are still top rated for the price and then found out the price is 10% less-about $8 USD. WTF! So I go over to Amazon.com and talk to a CSR. He said they changed price on 15th-one day after I bought them. Even though they don't have a price match he said they would refund the difference. No hassle, no fuss, just plain good service. F&%* Yeah!
Man I wish I could get service like that at McCawley's here :)
