help me out with tks
I got a big problem now.Recently I am planning to change my job.Now one company is willing to hire me,and I am satisfied with the company,but the most difficult problem is that I can not translate english very fluently,Althouhg i know the meanting of the english sentence,I can not express very fluently.
Is there anybody who can give me some advice to help me ?

1. Don't be afraid to translate.
2. As we all know, the one whose native language is English will not always say sentence right, so don't be afraid to make mistake.
3. Different culture and different language stucture lead to different express ways, it is ok you can't or won't translate word to word, people will get it as long as your meaning it right.
