Hi All

Just saw a news that the bond yeild in euro is 7% now, wow, bad news.

And also the economy is euro will effect the world.

Know from some friends that also the un-employee rate is raising, france is 11%, ( 11 of 100 people can not find a job)

Germany and holland is 7% and  8%

But italy , greece and spain is worse..

Why euro unit just expel some of country and release the issue, if they do that, the euro unit will not exsit?

ecnomy issue really can spilt a unit, like the 1990 russion collapse.

Hope it is not happened this time, the wide the  contagion goes, the worse it can be.

No I don't think I need to know that much. I sold Euros at 9. That is all information I need.

My country, for example, is a member of EU since 2004, we signed the Schengen Treaty in 2007, and until today we're reluctant to join the Euro Zone. Slovakia, on the other hand, lying just south of us, is a member of EU since 2004 (same as us), Schengen Treaty in 2007 (same as us), and a member of Euro Zone since 2009 (different as us).

@ Renee - erm... Christ, guys, you should really read more. And with understanding. Understand what is UK, and how it differs from England for starters, just to be safe. Then understand than being a part of the EU (which England and I believe most if not all of UK is) is not the same as being a part of the Euro Zone (same currency - England, and I believe most if not all of UK isn't), or part of the Schengen treaty (no border control - England, and I believe most if not all of UK isn't).

Is it really THAT complicated?

I can feel it is really bad. I have to say that UK did a good choice several years before. They didn't join the EU.

As RMB depreciating, feel free to sell goods to US.

If the economy in Europe is really bad as you think, feel free to sell goods to Europe.  Because if this is the case, they may only be able to afford cheap products.

As long as you still have place to live in, food to eat, nothing need to be worried about.  Good time, bad time, do whatever you can do.  尽人事,听天命。

@Vicky. Most economies in the west are barely growing, and some are shrinking. Of course this will effect trade with China. A shrinking economy will require fewer goods from China. Exactly how much it will hurt China is impossible to say, but we've seen the China economy growth rate shrink from 12% to 7.6% in the past couple of years. It is entirely possible that it will shrink more.
